One on one Personal Training

MBF offers Private One on One, Face to Face Personal Training Sessions based in Melbourne East, (about 20mins from Melbourne)

One on one Personal Training includes 50 minute sessions with your trainer along with the use of the MBF Fitness App.

The MBF Fitness App will include your very own personalised fitness programs tailored to your specific goals, a private messaging platform, progression photographs, body measurements and regular check in’s.

Online Personal Training

You live too far away? No Worries!

MBF offers a range of options for Online Personal Training where you have the ability to follow and track your progress with our personalised fitness programs, all with the use of MBF’s Personal Fitness App!

MBF’s Fitness App allows you to follow easy to understand workouts, save your progress, upload photographs & measurements and can include a weekly check in with your coach via email or Zoom.

Semi Private Personal Training

Not sure about training solo? Thats ok MBF offers Semi Private Personal Training Sessions.

These sessions include 2 - 5 people and your coach who will take you through a structured 50 minute program where each individual will get the same amount of focus and guidance.

Semi Private Training is great for team boosting and encouragement, not to mention you save on price!
